Return Policy

Retail Customers

We allow returns of all unused and unopened items for 30 days after the date on which you received your order. You can send it back to us and will receive a refund equal to the total amount paid minus a 15% restocking fee and free shipping costs. If you want to cancel your order, a 15% re-stocking fee will apply.

Broken/ Missing Items

All broken and/or missing items must be reported to us within 72 hours of delivery. All glass products, accessories and components are not covered under the warranty unless the product arrived broken.

Defective Products

All returns are processed in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty. You can return your defective product for a replacement in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty return policy. certain manufacturers require the customer to process all warranty claims directly with them so please make sure to check with the manufacturer first. Customers are required to pay all shipping costs associated with a return of a defective product, unless the product was delivered Dead on arrival. Please read your warranty carefully and immediately upon receipt of your order.

What To Do Before Returning Product

Make sure you email to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization number, which must be clearly displayed on the outside of the box. Please include either a copy of your original Sales Receipt /Invoice or a sheet of paper with your Name, Address, Phone Number, RMA Number and Reason for Return clearly typed out for our Returns Department to review.

Please Note: You must return all accessories, component parts and devices in full. All glass and accessories/ components must be packaged and returned in original packaging as well as original wrappings. If the returned device is found to be functioning properly upon inspection, we MUST ship the same unit back at the customer's expense. All conditions of the return policy must be met or we will not process the return.
